The District is seeking volunteers to act as herring counters at Baxter Grist Mill in West Yarmouth. The Fish Passage project was completed in 2019 and we are pleased to announce that as of 2025…. HERRING HAVE RETURNED!

Please join our team in monitoring their spawning population for 2026.

The District will host a Volunteer Counter Training on March 24th @ 11:30AM.
